Terms of Service

By creating a Pasiko account, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old (or have parental consent if between 16-18) and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Pasiko provides:

• check_circle Appointment management
• check_circle Secure messaging with veterinarians
• check_circle Document storage
• check_circle Travel planning
• check_circle Weight tracking
• check_circle Community forums

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Do not share your credentials. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access at support@pasiko.app.

You retain ownership of content you create. By posting, you grant Pasiko a license to store, display, and transmit your content as needed to provide the service. You must not post harmful, illegal, or misleading content.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• block Posting false or misleading health information
• block Harassing or threatening other users
• block Sharing others' personal information without consent
• block Attempting to circumvent security measures
• block Using automated systems to interact with the platform
• block Impersonating another user or veterinary professional

The Pasiko application -- including its design, code, graphics, and logos -- is owned by Pasiko and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the application.

Pasiko integrates with third-party services (location services, veterinary directories, ratings). We are not responsible for their accuracy, availability, or practices.

Pasiko is provided "AS IS" without warranties. We are not liable for clinical decisions, data loss beyond reasonable backup measures, or service interruptions. Total liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate at any time. Upon account deletion:

• schedule Personal data deleted within 30 days
• person_off Community posts anonymized
• delete_sweep Backups purged within 90 days

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes are subject to Istanbul courts. Parties agree to attempt informal resolution for 30 days before legal proceedings.

We will notify you at least 14 days before material changes. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
