How do I add my pet's health records?

Adding health records in Pasiko is simple and organized. Navigate to your pet's profile and tap the health timeline to get started.

  • check_circle Go to the Companions tab and select your pet
  • check_circle Tap Health Timeline to view all records
  • check_circle Tap the + button to add a new health event
  • check_circle Choose the type: vaccination, surgery, medication, lab result, or note
  • check_circle Fill in the details and optionally upload a certificate or document

Is my pet's data shared with third parties?

We take data privacy very seriously. Your pet's health information is encrypted and stored securely. We do not sell your personal or medical data to advertisers or third parties. You have full control over who sees your data. Veterinarians can only access your pet's records if you explicitly invite them using a unique invite code.

Can I use Pasiko Pro for multiple pets?

Absolutely! Pasiko Pro is designed for multi-pet households.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Pasiko Pro subscriptions are managed through Apple's App Store. To cancel:

  • check_circle Open your iPhone Settings
  • check_circle Tap your Apple ID at the top
  • check_circle Go to Subscriptions
  • check_circle Find Pasiko Pro and tap Cancel Subscription
  • check_circle You'll retain Pro features until the end of your current billing period

How do I connect with my veterinarian?

Pasiko lets you communicate directly with veterinarians who use Pasiko Vets.

  • check_circle Go to Settings and create a Vet Invite Code
  • check_circle Share the code with your veterinarian
  • check_circle Once they redeem it, they can view your pet's health records
  • check_circle You can message them, request appointments, and receive health updates
  • check_circle You can revoke access at any time from Settings

How do I delete my account and data?

You have full control over your data. To delete your account:

  • check_circle Go to Settings in the app
  • check_circle Tap Delete Account and confirm
  • check_circle Your personal data, pet records, and documents are permanently deleted within 30 days
  • check_circle Community posts are anonymized
  • check_circle Backups are purged within 90 days
  • warning Note: Deleting the app does NOT delete your account — you must use the in-app option or email support@pasiko.app
